These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases made through our website, by phone, email, text, Zoom, or in person—whether at a live or virtual event.
1. Sales of Our Programs and Services
Our digital courses, trainings, and coaching programs are designed for educational and informational purposes only. While many clients achieve exceptional results, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or professional advancements.
By purchasing any product or service, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
- Testimonials or reviews are not a guarantee of your success.
2. Returns and Refunds
We stand by the quality of our programs and digital products. That said, our refund policy is structured as follows:
Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, Masterclasses, Membership Content):
- You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase only if you have not accessed or participated in any 1:1 sessions or group coaching elements.

1:1 Services (Private Coaching, Strategy Calls, VIP Days):
- All sales are final. Due to the time-blocked and customized nature of 1:1 services, no refunds will be granted.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these refund conditions.
3. Payment Plans
If you opt for a payment plan, you agree to:
- Complete all payments as scheduled.
- Understand that failing to complete payment may result in revoked access to services without a refund.
If you use a third-party financing option, you agree to conduct your own due diligence. We are not responsible for any agreements or consequences arising from third-party lenders.
4. Name and Likeness Permission & Release
If you attend any of our events (virtual or in-person), you grant us permission to record, photograph, and use your name, likeness, voice, and image for educational, promotional, or commercial use in any media now known or later developed, without additional permission or compensation.
5. Affiliate Purchases
We sometimes share products or services from trusted affiliates. However, we make no guarantees or representations for any third-party offerings. Any purchase made through an affiliate is subject to that affiliate’s own terms and refund policy.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks without first contacting our support team to attempt a resolution. Initiating a chargeback without cause may result in legal action.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemics, telecommunication issues, or other force majeure events.
